The staff go above and beyond! They are all animal lovers and it shows! Even the store mascot Mrs P (pickles) is amazing. The energy in the building is electric. I love holding the bunnies, rats, and other animals. The salt water tanks and coral babies are the best in Alabama!!! It feels like home, as I have been shopping here since I was a preteen and I'm in my 40's now. Love this store, just wish y'all were in north mobile lol so I didn't have to drive so far!!!

My favorite pet store in Mobile I've been a frequent customer since forever lol. They have great customer service, always friendly and helpful. I bought 2 budgie parakeets last year and I love my birdie babies, I also take them for their grooming here. My kids also have 2 rabbits and 2 hamsters from here that they adore. I love their rewards program and monthly/daily deals, they have a great selection of everything from pets to supplies and I love the adorable doggie cookies they sell. I can also say that even if you do have a problem they are very good at making it right even if it's to no fault of their own. All in all a great place to shop and visit, I highly recommend B&B.

Hello Ms.Sally! First off I'll like to say I love the store and the employees there. I was reading the reviews and this one review caught my attention and loved your response to it. Because last mouth there was a special 50% off on the South Cichlids. I wasnt able to purchase any due to the ones I wanted had "ick". I know on the 16th of this month the African cichlids will be 50% off. I see that your a caring devoted GM and take pride to your customers. I know your going to look into and hope on the 16th those cichlids gonna be ready. I thank you and your employees for all yall do. See ya soon!

They sold us 3 gerbils supposed to be brothers turns put one was a female and ended up pregnant. They said they would keep her in their "maternity spot" and it was an awful living condition! They then told us she had 5 babies! Then when she was ready to be picked up we told them we wanted to keep one female to keep with her so she wouldnt be alone! They tell us all 5 babies died then the strongest thing FIVE babies that look EXACTLY like our gerbils and the same age as the five would've been appear for sale ??!! Do not buy from them they treat their animals like shit and lie to customers!!! They should be shut down!! Picture of our gerbil and the babies!
